Green buildings increase in value

With the Greenbuild 2008 International Conference and Expo winding down in Boston, an article featured in the Boston Business Journal indicated that going green is paying off. The growing number of green condos and homes has seen an increase in value. This is probably some of the reason that the green movement has gained momentum.
